This privacy Policy explains how Dave’s Metal Products PTY LTD handles information in connection with the DMP Job Tracker app. DMP Job Tracker is a workplace application used to manage jobs used to manage jobs ,employees, workshop activity and related information
Information We handle
DMP Job Tracker handles information required to operate the workplace job-tracking system. This may include employee names or workplace identifiers, device and access information, job details, customer and project information, job status, workshop station activity, timestamps, comments, notices and photographs submitted through authorised app functions.
The app does not use information for advertising or cross-app tracking and does not sell personal information.
How We use Information
Information is used only for legitimate DMP workplace and business purposes, including creating and managing jobs, recording workshop activity and job progress, identifying authorised employees and devices, operating the Notice Board, synchronising authorised business data, maintaining security and access controls, and administering the DMP Job Tracker service.
DMP does not use this information for advertising or marketing profiling.
Storage and security
DMP Job Tracker uses authorised cloud services, including Apple CloudKit and DMP-controlled backend services, to provide its functions. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information and restrict access to authorised users and devices.
Access can be revoked when an employee or device is no longer authorised. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for DMP’s operational, legal and security purposes, subject to applicable requirements.
Access, Correction and Deletion
Authorised users may contact DMP regarding access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with DMP Job Tracker. Where applicable, account or access deletion requests can also be initiated through the app.
When access is revoked or an approved deletion request is completed, DMP will remove or de-identify information as appropriate, subject to information that must reasonably be retained for business, legal, security or record-keeping purposes.
